Q-Toolbox 450 (Grey)

The Q-Toolbox is modular cast iron counterweight of 450 kg with a integrated toolbox of 157 litres.

It is a useful piece of equipment for your tractor and thanks to the smartness of the design it is possible to;

 - bring your tools or equipment with the tractor.

 - Toolbox compartment is covered with a hinged lid locked with a pin.

 - increase total weight by mounting add-on weigths.

 - Increase safety by adding Q-Bumper.

Even though it incluedes a integrated toolbox dimensions are still compact and the cast iron provides a smooth surface finish giving it an appealing look. Cast iron weights also have the benefit of the strength of the material making them less sensitive to damages.

It can be fitted either to the tractors rear or front linkage and fits both category 2 and 3.

To have the correct weight distribution is very important for several reasons. But when attaching implements to the tractors front or rear, the weight distribution of the tractor is altered. 
Adding a counterweight to the correct position to the tractor compensates the load given by the implement (and its potential cargo) and redistributes the weight of the machinery to a favorable position. This gives the following advantages;

 - Better stability in loader work – Increased safety!
 - Better traction
 - Reduced wear of tires
 - Reduced strain on the axles and surrounding components
 - Avoiding power jump effect
 - Reduced fuel consumption

Optional add-on weights of 300 kg and 600 kg can be mounted to increase the total ballast weight. The add-on weight is easily attached and locked with a pin than is supplied with the add-on weight.

To increase road safety the Q-Toolbox can also be equipped with the Q-Bumper made out of high quality aluminium. The Q-Bumber is 2,5 m wide fully extended. The Q-Bumper has a shock absorbtion function for increased safety and comes with LED lights and reflectors for maximum visibilty.

The Q-Toolbox is offered in standard black (-Q), AGCO grey (-18) and John Deere green (-12t).
