Product details

Bale Fork XL+ is the professionals choice. It provides maximum bale carrying capacity and various accessories to increase productivity further. Tine carriage is foldable for safe transport on public roads and for easier release of bales. Tine carriage can be hydraulically operated. Height extensions are telescopic and supports up to three full size Hesston bales or four mini-Hesston bales! For maximum safety and productivity when picking up and transporting bales, the top bale can be secured with an optional hydraulic top grab, preventing bales to fall off when driving on uneven ground. Bale Fork XL+ is compatible with all 80x80 Bolt on hooks which allows attaching to most common AG material handlers.

Note! At max opening and max crowd back, the implement may interfere with the loader on some material handlers, care should be taken to check any possible collision prior to use.

Top Grab complete XL+

The Hydraulic Top grab secures efficiently a stack of up to four bales, important in particular transporting around the farm. Top grab has large working angle increasing its use. Since Top grab tines are curved they secure the stack of bales also when entering from the back. Thanks to the integrated design it works perfect also inside the barn. Top grab comes with long hoses that are held in place but allowed to run free along the frame to allow different height adjustments. Connecting hoses to loader can be attached to the adjustable hose clamp. Note! At max opening and max crowd back, the implement may interfere with the loader on some material handlers, care should be taken to check any possible collision prior to use.

Top beam

Top beam complete L+ & XL+

Bale fork top beam gives further support for the upper bale and connects right hand and left hand side which adds stength and stability. Suitable also when handling smaller bales. Height adjustments can still be done without disassembly by tilting the fork frame forwards and keeping frame parallel to the ground. Easy to install and can be assembled on top of extension beams aswell directly to bale fork frame.

Maximise comfort and operate the folding tines from the tractors cab. Hydraulic control of foldable tines is controlled by 3rd service. Cylinder and couplings is well protected by covering plate. Cylinder comes with overflow valve to protect 3rd service circuit from high pressure peaks. Connecting hoses to loader can be attached to overflow valve.
