The Quick-Lock is a smart and modular wheel weight system that can be fitted to nearly any AG tractor on the market.

It has a unique fasting method as it bolted directly to the axle studs - with four different types of adapters all most common tractor types can be fitted! 

There are four different adapters depending on the number of studs and the diameter of the stud pattern.
This means that disregarding the shape of the rim and how it extrudes inwards or outwards, the weight will fit as it is thouroughly fastened to the axle studs with either of the adapters. 

Once you have choosen the correct adapter (based on qty of studs and stud hole pattern) you simply chose the weight you want to equip your tractor with. 

You can ballast your tractor with the Quick-Lock system from 75 kg up to 400 kg per wheel. There is a 50 kg weight and a 125 kg weight available and to make it fast to select the amount of weights requested we have created kits including 2x, 4x and 6x weights.

The name of the Quick-Lock weight kits refers to the total ballast weight for both sides with both weights and adapters included. Below is an example;

This means that two 50 kg weights, one on each side of the tractor and two adapters (2x 25 kg), also one on each side to mount to the axle stud, weights together 150 kg.

You can combine 50 kg and 125 kg weight kits to get the requested weight but maximum ballast per wheel is 400 kg and max three sets of weights per wheel, see more information below.

The 50 kg weights fit well into small rims and can therefore be fitted to smaller tractors using R24 or R28 rims. The bigger 125 kg weight fits from R30 all the way up to R42.

Quick-Lock weights are safe and can cope with hard braking thanks to the double safety system with both turning the weight to lock in position and bolts.

The wheel weights are offered in two colors to suit most tractors, the suffix on the part number explains the color, AGCO Grey (-18) and John Deere Yellow (-77)

To have the correct weight distribution is very important for several reasons. But when attaching implements to the tractors front or rear, the weight distribution of the tractor is altered. 
Adding a counterweight to the correct position to the tractor compensates the load given by the implement (and its potential cargo) and redistributes the weight of the machinery to a favorable position. This gives the following advantages;

 - Better stability in loader work – Increased safety!
 - Better traction
 - Reduced wear of tires
 - Reduced strain on the axles and surrounding components
 - Avoiding power jump effect
 - Reduced fuel consumption
